The two years ITI Machinist course aims at developing the skills of Machinist Mechanical, to design and to draft mechanical components. The course is designed with Theoretical and Practical Sessions. The theory inputs consist of: workshop theory, workshop calculation and science, social science and communicative English. The candidates have access to the machine shop to learn and study operation on different machines and components developed and developed for our clints. They too have the knowledge in turning, milling, shaping, drilling, slotting, and grinding operations. It will enable the candidates to associate leaning easily and to enter the job market more competently.

Basic principles of calculation and scientific phenomena are necessary to understand. Metals, metal extraction, alloys and heat treatment of metals included in this programme.
Highlights of the Programme
Machin shop is sufficiently equipped with almost all types of conventional machines, trainees are given chance to operate each machine and perform every type of operation independently. Raw-materials for various exercise is available in satisfactory quantity. No restriction on the use of instruments, tools and machines so as to acquire confidence and courage to handle the machines independently after completion of the course.
Extracurricular activities, sport, games etc. are the additional features of the training. Frequent visit to industrial visit, exhibitions, seminars etc. are the extra attractions. expo---------------- CNC and sophisticated machines. To update and enhance the high-tech knowledge, facilities to learn operations on CNC machines is available.
Job Areas
Every manufacturing unit needs qualified and efficient machine operators. It is therefore, machinist trained here are readily accepted by the machine building industries, automobile, aeronautics, railways, power plant etc. There is an unlimited scope to rise up to a desired level by adding to their qualification and experience. Hand work and target achieving is the key for growth prospectus.
