05 Jan 2019-Don Bosco Tech Jharkhand Team Meet

D B Tech Jharkhand State team meeting was held on 05/01/2019 in the new building of D B Tech. meeting started at 9.35am with a prayer led by Fr. Noble George SDB the centre head of Don Bosco Kokar, Ranchi to invoke God’s presence during the meeting. Fr. Noble Goerge, Principal of Don Bosco Pvt. ITI, asked satff to set goals for the year and prepare action plan to reach the goals. In his talk father encourage the members to come out of the comfort zone, do more for the trainees by using creative things every day. Mr. Wazaiah, state Cordinator asked  the centres to present the current situtaion, challeges and oppertunities. The staus of training: traijees mobilised, trained, asseessment conducted, palced and no. of trainees tracked as per each centre. In the second part of the meeting Mr. Wakaish Alam the state coordinator explained about the projects run by D B Tech Society in Jharkhand state. He mainly focused on NSDC, SSC and NSQF. In his session he also spoke about the documentation during the enrolment of the candidates. A totoal of 29 trainees were present for the meeting.

Miss Mukta Kujut the state MIS spoke to the team about the format required from the centre and how the format to be filled. Towards the end of the meeting Mr. Aloysius Cherubim the communicative trainer of the PMKK Kokar was asked to share his experience and to motivate the member. In his talk he appreciated the good work done by D B Tech Society and congratulated the entire team being the part of the dream of the Don Bosco the founder of the society. 

Before the concluding session of the meeting there was award ceremony for the staff and the centre for the performance, placement and the dedication. Nomita Mandal the PMKK Kokar trainer of F & B domain received the award of the best trainer, Mr. Sandeep Mahli the D B Tech Torpa award for the project work done in the centre, Miss Saroj Kandulna the centre coordinator of D B Tech Kokar received the award of hard work and well management of the centre, Miss Onila Agatha Toppo the trainer of D B Tech Lalgaj received award for the dedication toward the training.
