03 Jul 2019-Entrepreneurship Training by SELCO

3rd July 2019, Kokar, Ranchi: On 17th June 2019 the candidates from 4 different Centers (Ghatshila, Torpa,Lalganj and Kokar) arrived for Energy Entrepreneurship Development Program at Don Bosco Tech Society, Khorhatoli, Kokar, Ranchi. Mr. Sandeep from Selco, Mr. Hitesh Gupta (Project Manager) and Mr. Wakaish Alam (our State Coordinator) Ms. Saroj Kandula (EDP Trainer) interacted with the candidates and introduced them about the process of fourteen days program. Our first Batch started with 15 candidates. The training focused on:  what is Entrepreneurship?, Why it is necessary and how they can be an Entrepreneur, Know yourself, Confidence Building, Communication and Presentation Skill and Time, Management of resources, Business opportunities in Solar Industries; Manufacturing, Dealership, Integration, Installations, Maintenance and Service. Financing through schemes such as Mudra Yojna, MSME( Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise), NRLM etc, inputs on Micro Entrepreneurs, Solar Hawker, IEC and LSK etc. These session were well participated by the candidates and are well motivated to begin the business. They too had the opportunity to make a market survey and know the possible clients. We wish them all the best.
