25 Jan 2018-SESSION ON MOTIVATION AND PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Noble George, Principal Don Bosco Pvt, ITIt, together with centre staff conducted a session for the candidates to motivate and develop their personality. These candidates are belonging to Don Bosco Kokar, Ranchi (PMKVY).Session lasted two hours and half in which father Noble SDB spoke on motivation and team work. During the session candidates were asked to perform Group Dynamics and took part in the group discussion.  Session went on with full enthusiasm as it was planed. Candidates enjoyed and learned a lot all through the session. For the group discussion topic given to the candidates was “What do we learn from the team work”. Group discussion lasted around 10 minutes. After the discussion group leaders read out the point which they had discussed.Some of the important points are as follows: Team work makes us aware of the qualities within, It brings perfection in the given work, Builds problem solving capacity, Helps us to adapt according to the situation, It builds the self-confidence while working in the team.

 

Concluding the session father Noble gave some positive comments on the points. Encouraged the candidates to have self evaluation and work out on the weaker areas of one’s life. He also asked the candidates to appreciate themselves as it helps oneself to appreciate the others. At the end father thanked all the staff the candidates for the active participation.
