25 Jan 2026-Institute Managing Committee Meet

The Managing Committee plays a vital role in ensuring the effective, transparent, and sustainable functioning of a training institute. It frames policies and guidelines that govern the overall administration and ensures that the institute functions in accordance with its vision, mission, statutory requirements, and founding objectives. Keeping these aspects in mind, Don Bosco Pvt. ITI, Kokar, Ranchi, convened its Managing Committee meeting at 10.00 a.m. on 23rd January 2026.

The meeting was chaired by Fr. Davis Maniparamban, President of the Managing Committee. All members, including staff and parents’ representatives, were present. After reviewing and confirming the minutes of the previous meeting, the President invited the members to take up the agenda for the day.

The Principal presented a detailed briefing on the admission process and the ITI examinations conducted in August. He reported that all 101 final-year trainees had successfully passed the examinations, with 73 trainees securing above 80% marks. The members expressed their appreciation for the excellent academic performance of the trainees.

The Principal further briefed the committee on various developmental works undertaken in the institute, along with updates on staff-related matters. He also provided an overview of the short-term training programs being conducted under Don Bosco Tech.

In his concluding remarks, Fr. Davis Maniparamban appreciated the collective efforts made towards the welfare and empowerment of poor and needy youth. He emphasized the importance of maintaining quality training standards and thanked all the members for their cooperation, commitment, and valuable contributions.
